1-on-1 Meeting Agenda Template

To be discussed: What do you want to actually talk about in our 1-on-1? Either you or I can put things here as needed. If there is an upcoming deadline that you want me to be aware of or a project that is just moving along but there isn't anything hugely new to report, just stick it in one of the sections below
What questions do you have about your project? I invite you to always ask a question about your project! It could be something that you are stuck on, something you don't think you fully understand, or just something you are curious about - whether directly relevant to your project or not!
Accomplishments of the Past Week: What did you get done? Please list what you've been doing and then highlight for each things that went well, things that didn't work out, places that you need help from me or others, and other observations
Priorities for Next Week: What are your plans for next week? What experiments do you want to do, what's on your plate?
What do you need from Christoph: Can be about deadlines (for instance, grant submissions), or other needs (more support doing X, engage with group Y so I can get access to machine Z, read my review).
