  1. Expectations and Responsibilities

For Lab Technicians

UNDER CONSTRUCTION...

Everything expected of everyone, plus:

  • Help new lab members adjust to the lab. You will likely be the most senior person in the lab and have more experience than anyone else. Help new members settle in and if you can't answer their questions, direct them to me.

  • Maintain ARC/IRB protocols and training records.

  • Oversee the hiring, scheduling and training of undergraduate research assistants

  • Give new lab members access to lab resources (Slack, Box, etc)

  • Be in charge of ordering.
