# For Lab Technicians

* <mark style="background-color:red;">**Help new lab members adjust to the lab.**</mark>  <mark style="background-color:red;"></mark><mark style="background-color:red;">You will likely be the most senior person in the lab and have more experience than anyone else.  Help new members settle in and if you can't answer their questions, direct them to me.</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:red;">**Maintain ARC/IRB protocols**</mark> <mark style="background-color:red;">**and training records.**</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:red;">**Oversee the hiring, scheduling and training of undergraduate research assistants**</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:red;">**Give new lab members access to lab resources (Slack, Box, etc)**</mark>
* <mark style="background-color:red;">**Be in charge of ordering.**</mark>
